Our policy is simple and complies with current UK legislation.
Please note we are unable to accept returns and issue a refund on tailor made skincare products that are blended to your specification. We can only accept returns on these products if there is shown to be genuine fault or damage to goods.
Postage refund for returns due to change of mind is non-refundable.
Gemma Montgomery Skin will offer a full exchange or refund on products returned within 14 days of receipt of order. To be eligible products must be returned in their original condition, with seal in tact. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days. To ensure full refund or exchange or refund, please complete the following steps:
- Provide written notification of your cancellation within 7 working days of goods receipt via email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting order number.
- Fill in the enclosed returns slip.
- Goods must be retuned in their original condition, manufacturer sealed.
- We recommend returning items via tracked delivery.
Damaged / Faulty or Missing Items
Please inspect all goods immediately on receipt. All faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged / faulty /missing items after this time. If you require a refund, we will refund the full purchase price plus postage costs within 30 days via your original payment method. To ensure full refund please complete the following steps:
- Report the product fault within 24hrs of receipt of goods via email to orders @gemmamontgomeryskin.com quoting order number
- Fill in the enclosed returns slip
- Ensure any damaged or faulty items are returned via tracked delivery to us within 14 days of receipt of order.
If you require a replacement / exchange we aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving returned items and will pay the cost of postage. Please follow the above steps. To complete your return.
Out Of Stock
If you place an order which is found to be out of stock you will be notified by our customer service team via email as soon as possible. You will be given an estimated date the item is due to be back in stock and dispatched. If you are unhappy with the timescale you will be given the option of a full refund via your original payment method.
